Start Swimming Smart

Ages 5-6

Independently swimming up to 5 feet in the following conditions: underwater, freestyle & backstroke strokes, jumping in and getting to safety, and using water safety skills in moderately deep water.

4:1 Ratio

Learn New Moves

Ages 6-9

Swimmers will develop coordination for breaststroke and elementary backstroke (breaststroke on your back)

Breathing is Fundamental

Ages 5-7

Swimmers will be able to swim a full freestyle and backstroke using breathing techniques both on top and underwater up to 15 feet without stopping.

Take it to the Competition

Ages 7-10

 Swimmers will be introduced to butterfly and increase endurance and stamina to become ready for competitive team tryouts.

Let's Get Started

Ages 3-5

Swimmers will learn water safety, back float, belly float, swim underwater, blow bubbles, and jump in with confidence.

Accelerate your Stamina

Ages 6-8

Swimmers will be able to swim freestyle and backstroke with proper breathing strategies 30 feet without stopping, independently.

Learn to swim in your own way. Swimmers will learn water safety, back float, belly float, swim underwater, blow bubbles, and jump in with confidence.
