Empowerment Classes

Brain & Social Power Group Classes

Does This Sound Like Your Child?

✓ Struggles to stay focused

✓ Has difficulty remembering instructions

✓ Gets frustrated with homework

✓ Has trouble planning or organizing

✓ Works hard but isn't seeing results

✓ Lacks confidence in school and among peers.

Our Brain & Social Power Classes help children strengthen executive functioning skills through engaging brain exercises in a fun, supportive social setting.

Each class focuses on one of four core skills that support success at school and in everyday life, including taking turns, managing transitions, and building positive peer interactions.

Classes are held on Sundays, with each skill offered in its own dedicated time slot, so you can choose the class that best fits your child's needs and schedule.

What is Brain&Social Power?

Brain Power is a personalized cognitive development program designed to strengthen the skills that help children learn, think, and succeed. Rather than tutoring school subjects, we build the brain skills behind learning—including attention, working memory, processing speed, executive functioning, and self-confidence.

1. "Attention and Focus" Class

This class will primarly focus on brain activities to boost focus and attention. Some kids find it hard to stay engaged — especially when something isn’t immediately interesting. It can make it tough for them to follow directions, complete tasks, or concentrate for a sustained period.

Our classes help them filter distractions, stay on track, and follow through from start to finish all while they think they are playing with friends.

2. "Memory and Getting Started" Class

Some children know exactly what they need to do — but getting started can be tough. Remembering multi-step directions or instructions without constant reminders adds an additional challenge.

Our classes help them strengthen their memory and learn strategies to get going and stay on task.

3. "Impulse Control and Emotions" Class

Some children have a hard time keeping their impulses in check or managing big feelings. You might see outbursts or struggles when it’s time to switch from one thing to another.

Our classes help them develop strategies to stay calm, regulate their reactions, and navigate those moments with confidence.

Organization and Time Management as well as Developing Social Skills are included in all 3 classes

Getting ready on time, keeping track of belongings, and following through on tasks can be tough — not just in school, but in daily routines at home. Our classes help children learn the mindset and tools to stay organized, manage their time, and become more independent.

Taking turns, transitioning between activities, developing positive social skills, and building meaningful relationships with peers are important life skills, and small strategies to support their development can lead to big wins—for your child and your family.
