Requirements:
2+ years of retail/service sales, youth services sales, or fitness sales experience.
Confident in generating personal sales for all services
Ability to manage and drive 1 revenue stream: memberships/ registrations
Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.

Solid writing and grammar skills.

Duties:
Execute community Partnerships & Engagement
Maintain cleanliness and organization of resource inventory
Execute curriculum and reporting of participant skill development.
Enhance current programming through innovative, best-practice approaches to all recreation programming.
Support the development of marketing campaigns to generate leads
Any other duties as assigned Responsible for the acquisition of new members and the retention of existing members
Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
Manage end-of-season reporting to the Program Director.
The Athletic Director will manage everyday operations activities and subsequently provide analysis and guidance on future plans and goals.

This position offers a competitive base + commission; based on experience & performance.

The Role Description
The role of the ABA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is to provide home and community-based services to clients. This includes the implementation of diverse social programs that are community-based to address communication, behavior, social skills, and social-emotional needs. The end goal for every program is to include those with special needs and to build confidence and commodore among all.
With the support of a sports specialist, the RBT will within a co-teaching instructional environment to support all participants in an inclusive learning environment.
With a Fitness mentor, the RBT will take on the role of play partner. We are looking for a candidate that has an innovative approach to learning by using best-practice behavior management in a group setting.
The RBT also is independent and proficient when working with children who have needs in the following list but are not limited to sensory processing, ADHD, ASD, and language deficits.

We are looking for a candidate whose pedagogy aligns with a whole-child approach using a multi-sensory curriculum in a neurodiverse learning environment. We are looking for a candidate who is creative and aligns all instruction to concrete conceptualization with real-world and project-based learning. The right candidate has a strong background in classroom management, creative instructional design, and a passion for facilitating instruction in a multi-aged class.
Requirements:
This position will start in mid August.
BA in Education from an accredited 4-year program.
Experience working with Autistic, ADHD, and ODD learners is preferred.
Passion for developing instructional strategies to increase effectiveness in small group settings.
Willing and able to participate in curriculum development, parent conferences, and administrative planning.
Passion to ensure skill acquisition for all learners through a creative and real-world scope for your students.
Maintain student achievement logs weekly.
Design and develop unit lesson plans
Plan and execute student field trips and community experiences
Current Valid Educator Licensure from NJ, NY, or CT with Special Education endorsement or certificate.
