COMPASS Learning Advantage is an educational and recreational company that offers a variety of services to help children develop, promoting mind and body wellness using athletics and academics to strengthen communication skills and enhance emotional intelligence. We use smaller ratios and a blended approach to give children the attention they need to thrive in both groups and private sessions.

Our Adventures programming is where we partner with activity hosts to take lead on the instruction. COMPASS Adventures partners with rock climbing gyms and ski mountains who provide instruction. The COMPASS team helps to support each participant with social clubs at these sites.

COMPASS embraces neurodiversity, celebrates inclusion, and specializes in Autism, ADHD, anxiety, sensory processing disorder, and language communication needs. A third of our participants fall into the category.
