Adults with disabilities should have a chance to get treated and paid equally. They also deserve training and experience that takes them a step further so that they can build their careers for the future!
COMPASS is working to build more opportunities with the right amount of support to be successful and independent in the work force in a variety of different fields. We believe that Adults with Disabilities need more opportunities to be integrated into society as adults who are capable of sustaining an independent life style, including earning a fair wage for their work. COMPASS also has in-house employment opportunities for coaching, assisting, marketing, and more.
These transitional services will not only help adults with disabilities earn their own money, they will also teach crucial skills in their desired industry. Their training will help them move forward with more quality experience, which could then lead to more exciting opportunities! COMPASS is working hard to build relationships with different businesses in the area to generate more opportunity to be independent.
